Currently there are five co-leaders and none have donated as much as the leader. The duties of a co-leader are to relieve the border for the leader . Currently the leader has donated over 6,601 troops. None of the co-leaders have approached this level of donation. And , of course, it is not expected of anyone to match that total . However, a co-leader who is donating less than he or she received will not be tolerated for long.
It is expected that out of a 15 player war three co-leaders share the burden with each taking on five castles to fill.
It is not expected for a co-leader to stay up late nights but if the time zone he or she lives in allows it then that person should take on a evening shift.
The duties of a co -leader shall be as follows:
- to keep the peace within the clan
- to consult with leader if it appears that someone needs to be kicked from clan.
- to donate to clan members requesting donations.
- to keep an eye on clan member villages and war bases and make sure that the bases and villages are maintaining the absolute best defense possible.
- To make suggestions to clan members on what should be upgraded next and to render permission to proceed with a town hall upgrade .
- To take turns with other co-leaders in monitoring clan chat for when clan members report which targets they are attacking.
- Co-leaders are to make sure that clan members are attacking the correct targets.
- Co-leaders are to give suggestions on a suggested plan of attack and suggested troops when asked. They should make sure they are capable of giving such advice.
- Co-leaders are to be active and should set an example as to how clan members should behave and on proper protocol.
- C0-leaders make it a point to be as active as humanly possible.
- All Co-leaders are required to connect with leader on Google Hangouts and on the Face Book group site . If the group site seems unreachable you can friend the leader and request that he add you to the group site.
